CSUF Titan Table Talk: Civic Engagement in APIDA Communities

On Wednesday, April 14th, CAUSE Executive Director, Nancy Yap, spoke on a panel focusing on civic engagement in Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) communities as part of California State University, Fullerton’s (CSUF) Titan Table Talk series in celebration of APA Heritage Month.

Joining Nancy in the panel was Ted Nguyen, Department Manager, Public Communications & Media Relations, OCTA, Yvonne Cuaresma, Founder, The Climate Journal Project, CSUF Alumna '16, and Saba Ansari, Intern, MPH Candidate at University of Michigan School of Public Health, CSUF Alumna ‘19. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Natalie Tran, Associate Professor, Department of Educational Leadership & Director of the CSUF National Resource Center for Asian Languages.
