SESSION #4: Anti-Asian Hate

Los Angeles, CA -- On Wednesday, March 2, CAUSE held the fourth session of the 2022 CAUSE Leadership Institute virtually on Zoom.

The fourth session addressed the issue of Anti-Asian Hate with Manjusha Kulkarni, the Executive Director of AAPI Equity Alliance and co-founder of Stop AAPI Hate. Through a presentation and Q&A session, fellows learned current data points related to hate incidences, historical examples of individual and systemic anti-AAPI racism in the US, and opportunities to engage now to make a difference in the future.
